Beth is Director, Product Management for BabyCenter, a Johnson & Johnson company. She leads the consumer experience team for a new business initiative applying Lean Startup principles, a first for her organization. She has proven skills in product and content strategy, cross-functional communication and front-line delivery leadership and is passionate about coaching teams to construct successful products. Prior to BabyCenter, Beth held various digital product roles at a number of health organizations, including Kaiser Permanente, John Muir Health and Accenture.
She has an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC, Berkeley and completed her BA in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences at UC, San Diego. In her free time, Beth actively volunteers for her sorority and has served as Pi Beta Phi Foundation’s Board President since 2014 where she strives to be a servant leader fostering a culture of philanthropy. She is a Bay Area native and proud dog mom to a sweet golden retriever.
