Cindy leads a team of senior internal change agents within the Macys Technology organization. The Organizational Effectiveness team supports large scale cross functional change management initiatives across the Macys Tech, Customer Experience and technology finance and investment teams. By providing tools and practices for teams to continually adapt and adopt innovative ways of thinking and working, the OE team’s objective is to maximize the productivity and employee engagement of the Macys technology organization.
Prior to joining Macys, Cindy held a variety of roles in the manufacturing world at companies including Intel, Hitachi, and Miasole Solar implementing culture change and process optimization strategies. She has been in a full-time change leadership position at Macys since 2012.
