Description
Rapid innovation and change in the social sector can feel intimidating. Most nonprofits find it difficult to “fail fast” when failure can have an adverse effect on vulnerable communities. Additionally, the work of social change can be slow and cumbersome, especially for entrenched nonprofit and governmental services. By adopting Lean Startup principles, nonprofit organizations can find tremendous success and make a marked social impact. This panel presentation will foster a lively discussion among leaders from nonprofit and social good organizations who are using Lean approaches to knock down barriers to innovation, quickly launch, test, and implement new programs more efficiently, and engage their constituents equitably.
