Description

Leading and coaching teams can be a daunting endeavor. Effective coaching requires the ability to think differently, listen, have an open mind, and facilitate difficult conversations. When it comes to implementing Lean Startup practices in an organization, we know that having a skilled coach is one of the strongest predictors of an innovation team’s success. Lean Startup coaching requires a deep understanding of Lean Startup principles as well as the ability to apply the tools critical to executing and measuring innovation. In this workshop, attendees will get an opportunity to experience what makes a coach effective and learn how to replicate the behaviors necessary to be a successful Lean Startup coach.
