Senior Client Success and M&E Officer


Emily manages relationships with MicroMentor’s valued partners and corporate clients with the goal of providing their communities with an exceptional experience on MicroMentor. She is also responsible for measuring operational effectiveness and communicating the return on impact to MicroMentor participants, funders, partners and internal stakeholders.

Emily has a background in business development and sales, and transitioned to the social sector after receiving her Masters in International Development and Non-Profit Management from the University of Denver. After working to build the capacity of an international WASH organization and a development role with a Denver-based social enterprise incubator, Emily spent two years in Paraguay as the volunteer director of a national youth entrepreneurship program while completing a ‘Truelift’ social performance assessment of the country’s largest microfinance institution.
