This Deep Dive Workshop is a part of the Core Concepts Track at the Lean Startup Conference.
We all know that it’s important to spend time talking with customers. These conversations are crucial for discovering your customer’s unarticulated needs and, when done right, can serve as the seeds for innovating on products, processes and systems. But customer discovery is a surprisingly tricky thing to get right. This highly interactive session will begin with Lean Startup faculty presenting you with a challenge. You’ll team up with fellow attendees to conduct interviews, debrief, and ultimately produce empathy and problems statements that respond to that challenge and serve as models for your own customer interviews.
