Ruchika Tulshyan is author of The Diversity Advantage: Fixing Gender Inequality In The Workplace and the founder and CEO of Candour, an inclusion strategy practice. She is passionate about designing equitable workplaces and working with global organizations to create cultures that empower employees from diverse backgrounds to bring their best selves to work. She writes regularly on leadership and diversity for publications such as the Harvard Business Review and The Seattle Times. She is also the inaugural Distinguished Professional-in-Residence for the Communication Department at Seattle University. She teaches a highly-rated course on multimedia entrepreneurship, which draws upon lean principles. In 2019, Ruchika was named to the Thinkers50 Radar, a highly-selective global list of influential management thinkers to watch. She is a global citizen who has lived and worked on four continents.
