Eckhart Boehme worked for over 18 years at Microsoft in different product management and marketing roles. As the Curriculum Architect for the marketing excellence initiative, he looked after the marketing training and education for more than 3.800 marketing employees at Microsoft HQ. Today, he inspires people about the Jobs to Be Done theory, Lean Startup, and the Business Model Canvas, as well as trains, consults and coaches people on their application. Most recently he served as the subject matter expert for the German book editions of “The Startup Way”, by Eric Ries and “Competing Against Luck” by the “father” of the disruptive innovation, Clayton Christensen. Eckhart is one of the leading experts on the jobs to be done theory in the DACH region and works with companies of all sizes from start-ups to enterprises to help them create product strategies that are truly customer-focused.
