Gather virtually with peers in enterprise organizations to learn about, practice, and discuss the most requested aspects of implementing Lean Startup at scale. You’ll leave with inspiring stories, practical insights, and a network that will help support you as you create value and growth at your own organization.
Executive Keynotes feature executives discussing the road to Lean Startup success at their organizations and how they overcame challenges to create successful outcomes. Equal time will be given to their stories and your questions.
Applied Workshops with Lean Startup Co. faculty and enterprise practitioners provide space for learning how specific core aspects of Lean Startup take shape in the real world. Breakout rooms will include exercises and discussion of best practices, followed by a debrief and Q&A.
Networking Sessions at the end of each day set you up one-on-one with hand-chosen individuals for two 15-minute meetings on a dedicated Lean Startup Summit platform. The platform will also be available at all times during the event for open networking.
