LSCo. is excited to launch our new training series

Lean Startup is structured to help leaders navigate uncertainties. Now that we’re dealing with uncertainty at all levels of society, being a nimble, innovative organization is more important than ever.

We’re excited to announce the launch of a focused-training series beginning in August covering the common problems practitioners face. Now access to Lean Startup expertise is as simple as joining a Zoom workshop. These short, focused training sessions cover specific but crucial building blocks within the methodology.

We’re offering a 15% discount on all classes if you sign up for two or more sessions. Use discount code: LSCo15 during registration. And if you want to sign up for a session as a team, we’re giving you a 25% discount to groups of 6 or more. The discount will be automatically applied during the registration process.

Our training sessions include:

Explaining Lean Startup to Others $185

Innovation isn’t done on an island. In order to convince your team to work in a new way, you have to articulate the long-term value of the methodology. In this class, our faculty cover the impact of using Lean Startup and other innovation methodologies in everyday work. We’ll cover the basics involved in this new way of working, how different organizations enable it, and why it’s important to the long-term goals of organizations.
