Heather McGough is Co-Founder of Lean Startup Company. She oversees new products in modern management education to support the needs of entrepreneurs and corporate innovators. Her team helps companies and government agencies leverage the Lean Startup method to manage uncertainty and disruption in a fast-moving world, empowering them to overcome challenges in building new products and companies.
Melissa Moore is co-founder of Lean Startup Co. and heads up the events and media division. She is responsible for strategy and revenue, and oversees the conference production teams.

Niley Barros is an event producer and marketing advocate for tech conferences, currently working with the Lean Startup Week team.
Sarah Bovagnet is the marketing manager for Lean Startup Co.'s flagship conference, Lean Startup Week. She's responsible for the conference's marketing strategy and community development.
Felicia Chanco's first exposure to Lean Startup Co. was when she volunteered at the conference in 2014. Since then, she has joined the team as Lean Startup Week's Editorial Program Coordinator and Webcast Production Manager.

Marilyn Gorman is a highly experienced learning professional, facilitator and executive coach.
