Hugh Molotsi is a seasoned product and technology leader with more than 30 years of experience creating global solutions for small businesses and consumers. A recognized innovator, he has played a pivotal role in launching disruptive products, driving digital transformation, and building cultures where creativity and experimentation thrive.

Hugh is the former President and CTO of BuyNothing, the global gift-economy platform with over 15 million members. Before that, he spent 22 years at Intuit, rising to Engineering Fellow and Vice President of Innovation. He was the inaugural recipient of Intuit’s Founder’s Innovation Award for his pioneering contributions to Intuit Payments. He currently serves on the boards of Barloworld and the Mozilla Corporation.

He is also the co-author of The Intrapreneur’s Journey, a guide to empowering employees to innovate within large organizations. Throughout his career, Hugh has championed leadership development, grassroots innovation, and greater diversity and inclusion in technology—ensuring that good ideas are heard, supported, and scaled.
