As COO and CFO, she oversees financial strategy, planning and reporting, strategic initiatives, and operational efficiency, with a proven track record of reducing costs by 15% while building and mentoring high-performing teams. Lori is passionate about process optimization, risk management, and empowering teams to reach their full potential. Her operational expertise and strategic mindset have been instrumental in driving organizational success across multiple industries.

Lori holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting & Business Management. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of three children – an Army veteran, a Navy serviceman, and a daughter currently in college. A strong Christian who loves to travel and spend time with family, Lori brings the same dedication to her personal life that she applies to her professional endeavors.
