Scott Walker is a business transformation leader, AI strategist, and entrepreneur with more than 40 years of experience driving innovation across the insurance, manufacturing, and technology sectors. He has worked with global organizations including Industrial Alliance, Bank of America, Fairfax Financial, Toyota, Honda, Whirlpool, and American Express, helping them develop new products, enhance operational performance, and unlock sustainable growth through strategic execution.

A pioneer in applied AI, Scott led the development of the first AI-powered mobile device insurance program for pre-owned phones, leveraging machine learning to improve diagnostics, underwriting, and claims processing. His work consistently focuses on translating emerging technologies into practical business advantages, enabling organizations to streamline operations, elevate customer experiences, and strengthen their competitive position in rapidly evolving markets.

Today, Scott is the founder of Upshift Collective, where he partners with leadership teams to design AI roadmaps, accelerate adoption, and integrate automation and predictive analytics into core business functions. A certified AI Trainer and Consultant, as well as an active member of YPO International, he is deeply committed to coaching executives and teams to lead with confidence in an AI-driven world, combining strategic insight with hands-on guidance to deliver measurable impact.
