Michelle Zassenhaus
Research Led Strategy
Based in New York City, Michelle Zassenhaus is a product strategist and research leader who has spent much of her career helping growth-stage startups identify unmet customer needs, shape the right offerings, and achieve product-market fit.
She later brought that experience into the enterprise space, where she led 0–1 product strategy at Deloitte Digital, applying Lean Startup principles to help larger organizations build new products and services with greater clarity, speed, and confidence.
Her work sits at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, and human-centered design, with a focus on helping teams make smarter decisions about what to build and why. She has worked with organizations including PayPal, Vanguard, Glossier, The Knot, Gap, and Walmart, helping leadership, product, and design teams reduce risk, uncover new value, and move from insight to action with greater confidence.
