Can’t make it to the conference? We’ll come to you.

After years of fine-tuning the livestream experience with community groups around the globe, we’re offering a free livestream to any group that has at least 8 people gathered together at a single location.

Want to attend a free livestream group? Here’s what you’ll have access to:

  • Streaming all the main-stage talks in the mornings and our most popular afternoon breakouts live on November 2 & 3.
  • Full Q&A participation. We field all Q&A sessions questions via an online form, so you share an equal opportunity to ask questions with the attendees who are in the room with the speakers.
  • Moderated chat where you can connect with other livestreamers. Our livestream coordinator will moderate a dedicated chat session with all the livestream participants. You’ll not only meet other remote attendees, but you also have a coordinator on hand to answer questions, make sure you have all the key info, and troubleshoot any technical problems.
  • We love building community, so we encourage you to join a livestream group near you (the list of cities will be posted soon!). In the past, we have had over 200 hosts organize livestream viewing for 6,000+ people!

Interested in becoming a LSW livestream host?

As an official host, all you need is a wired internet connection, a venue, and at least 8 people in your community to get started! Once we approve your application, you must share your venue details with us so that we can invite other locals to join your community.

We are accepting livestream host applications now and will post the list of cities once they are approved. Be a leader in your community and sign up here!

One caveat: We intend the livestream to be for people who can’t attend in person. If you’re based in the Bay Area, we ask you to join us at the conference; we aren’t offering livestream tickets for local groups.

Please contact our livestream coordinator Charmaine Ho at [email protected] for any further questions!
