Description
Implicitly, many of our value hypothesis experiments are about how people feel. Are they happy? Are they frustrated? Are they apathetic? What type of reaction demonstrates that the customer is getting value? In early exploration, it can be challenging to find meaningful signals. By explicitly framing our value in terms of an emotional journey, we can design experiments that teach us about our user’s inner lives, providing meaningful qualitative validations of very simple MVPs. In this workshop, participants will learn how to form a hypothesis through the lens of a user’s emotional journey. Attendees will get to experience how emotions can provide qualitative feedback to inform a build-measure-learn cycle.
