Procter & Gamble (P&G) is in the third year of its Lean Startup transformation. GrowthWorks, the name of their program driving this culture change, has expanded across all business categories and across the globe. In this session, you will learn from GrowthWorks leader Chris Boeckerman and P&G founders about what it really takes to create, run and incubate startups within a large company. Specific topic areas include: designing effective experiments across the problem, solution and business model, identifying the most meaningful metrics and how to measure progress over time.
