Jason’s job is to make sure the 85,000+ employees who orchestrate this logistical magic are working in an environment that ignites their passions, celebrates their successes, illuminates their stories so they can create extraordinary experiences for the customers whose precious cargo we carry. To create this culture, he uses tools sharpened as a partner in a global consulting firm, where he managed organizational transformation initiatives inside leading companies across various industries, non-profits, startups, and more. He deploys communications strategies shaped by his time as founder and principle of an intellectual property management firm, packaging stories for commercial markets. He leans heavily on research into behavioral economics, environmental psychology, Lean Startup, and narrative intelligence. He’s interested in how humans make decisions and form habits, how they make sense of those decisions in real-time and retrospect, and how leaders can help guide and better those behaviors with authenticity.
